The company initially registered in 1998 as Goa Ya Enterprise, specializing in contract services such as rebar installation, coring works, water proofing, grouting and related services. Jing Sheng Construction & Engineering Sdn Bhd incorporated in 2006 to streamline our service offering on controlled demolition. Now we have over 30 years of experience in controlled demolition works with numerous project records.
We are registered with CIDB (G6) under trade code B26 Demolition Works and we run our projects in compliance with latest Malaysian Standard for Demolition Code of Practice, MS2318:2012

Our Recognition
We are one of the committee members in developing new National Occupational Skill Standard for Demolition Works initiated by Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). We believe in sharing our knowledge and expertise in developing a safer demolition environment.molition environment.onment.
Furthermore, in 2010 we have been awarded Excellence Award for Safe Demolition Practice in our Prai Chimney demolition project (2009) by the Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health Professional’s Association (MOSHPA)
